Chef Salvatore himself graced us with his charming presence the entire evening. He has built a food empire and is a celebrated Italian chef, restaurateur and quite known as a famous personality who is acclaimed to be the pioneer of Neapolitan pizza in Japan.
It was a well-attended event. The 475-square meter restaurant was filled with guests that came to support the soft opening, so you can just imagine the number of people that filled the room.
The food was so beautifully prepared and displayed. You can tell because the kitchen is open just like most of the restaurants in Naples. Service did not stop until wee hours of the morning. Every time a plate came out, it was empty in seconds. We could not stop eating. Everything they served had me on cloud nine!
“We wanted to raise the bar of Italian food in the Philippines. We believe that Salvatore Cuomo would be welcomed by the more discerning diners in Manila who’ve travelled extensively and know what Neapolitan-style Italian cuisine is all about”, managing director Luigi Vera says.
Salvatore Cuomo is a restaurant where you can experience premium dining in a casual set-up. A place where one can enjoy good food with the best ingredients used in all the dishes. The great service proved that the staff were all trained well and extensively.
Not only will the diners be treated to authentic Italian cuisine they will also get to savor the best coffee in town World renowned coffee barista, Paul Bassett is the official brand that the restaurant carries for lucky guests you might even get your coffee brewed by the world barista champion himself.
Great Italian food and paired with the best coffee. Need I say more? This restaurant is definitely on my list to go back to.
For those who are interested in trying it out, which I would highly recommend, it is located at the ground floor of Uptown Parade in Bonifacio Global City.
